Going to be in Blackpool for stag this weekend and was wondering what the bars and clubs are like for dress codes- does it have tio be smart shoes and trousers or will jeans and trainers be OK?

Also any recommendations of good pubs appreciated

Hi Dondo

Some pubs do have dress codes after 7.30pm. Some pubs don't. You'll find that nearly all of the clubs will not admit you with trainers and/or jeans.

I'd say trousers and shoes so that then you don't have to worry about staying away from certain clubs and pubs due to dress codes!!

Most people tend to club and pub in the North Pier area as this is where the majority of clubs are. There are several pubs near here too. Personal favourites are Flares (cheesy pop), Walkabout and Senuk - although would avoid Senuk if you get lost very easily and don't like stairs! Also Reflex is towards Central Pier on the prom - never been in this one but have been to the one in Preston - 80s bar.

There are other clubs around there too - you can always take your fancy as to which ones you go in!

going off my daughter and her friends 18+

the best places to go are SANUCK.Walkabout.

sugar sugar.However the prices go up at walkabout if your not a local at the weekend
