Where to stay |

Hello, I will be visiting Toronto for a week and would like to know which area (Downtown / City Center) to look for hotels. Is there some area where transportation access will be available - like trains or buses (as I do not want to rent a car). As a typical tourist, I would like to visit the CN towers and other tourist attractions in Toronto. I would also like to visit Niagara for a day. Kindly suggest the location where to find Hotels. Thanks. Report as inappropriate |

Hi, i have just booked my flight and accomadation for my August trip.I chose the delta chelsea in downtown as it is central to everything.Try looking on toronto.com and they have many hotel suggestions there. From what i've been told if you stay in the owntown core you can travel around pretty easily. There are also coach services that go to niagra. Hi, We stayed at The King Edward on King Street East. It's fab. We walked to the harbour, CN Tower and the Eaton Centre etc. We took an organised bus tour to the falls. We only took the metro once to go to the east for a greek meal. Enjoy ! Report as inappropriate

Hi We stay at the Bond Place Hotel (Downtown on E.Dundas). Not the fanciest place in the world (certainly I expect the DeltaChelsea would be nicer) but a great price for the average Joe. 2 minutes form the Eaton Centre if you like to shop and with the CN Tower and Skydome close enough to walk if the weather is good! The concierge at your hotel can get you on a coach tour to Niagra. We went on the Grayline tour - knowledgeable and entertaining driver/guide and an excellent included buffet lunch at the Sheraton looking over the falls. Cheers Report as inappropriate

Any one need a hotel reservation? I have a certificate for any two (2) nights including breakfast buffet at the Sheraton Centre, Toronto (beautiful hotel)(certificate expries Dec. 2004). If interested, will give you the certificate # for you to book (need original when you ck. in) My sister lives in Toronto, so I am not using it. Please check Sheraton's web site for rates and make me an offer. If interested, please reply or e-mail me. I am a private party and I am not affiliated with the Sheraton. Went last summer and stayed at the Holiday Inn on King. Easy to get to, very clean and comfy, reasonable rates, convenient to transportation, and within walking distance to theatres and lots of other stuff. Report as inappropriate
