I keep an eye on reviews in HRM for Restaurants and Hotels. Sometimes just for the entertainment value but mostly out of curiousity.
I have come across a lot of reviews for the Comfort Hotel in Bayers Lake that look completely fake. People who have been one timers and no other activity, but that's not the biggest issue. There was a negative one last week about an owner or Manager yelling at staff. Now suddenly there is a "one timer" on there addressing the issue, then a response from the hotel about it. Come on... really?
This kind of activity weakens the integrity of the review system. Read the reviews, I'd like to know if you agree with me.
