Tourism Whistler

Does anyone have any experience booking with Tourism Whistler, for tours and ski lessons? Is it advisable to book now for early March 2013?

Tourism Whistler is the official go to organization for booking and visitor information in Whistler. The website is www.whistler.com

Spring Break will be the 3rd week of March, some schools take a second week either before or after that one. So it can get busy. If you know your dates and want to benefit from having good choice, now, or soon, might be a good idea. Although people here are gearing up for the party and shopping season that we call Christmas. So minds might be on other things than booking Whistler until after January 1st.

Tourism Whistler is one of the options you can book through. You can also book activities, ski school directly with Whistler Blackcomb, or other activities such as Ziptrek, Snowmobiling etc. etc. directly with the activity suppliers.

Why not book your lessons right from the source, at whistlerblackcomb.com? The company runs the ski school, so it seems better to book directly through them.

Whistler organizations (Tourism Whistler/Whistler.com and Whistler-Blackcomb) work very closely. With that in view you will find you are receiving very similar products (often exactly the same) for the same price.
