accessibility of beaches and big trees, Sooke--Port Renfrew

Hope this will be helpful to others as well as myself...

In August, my elderly dad and I will be spending a day or so in the vicinity of Sooke and Port Renfrew. Dad walks with a cane, slowly and not too far.

Can anyone advise us about which beaches and big trees, between and in the vicinity of Sooke and Port Renfrew, are most easily accessible from a parking area?

Thanks!

Jordan river is a nice stop on the way, to watch the surfers. The sandy beach in Port Renfrew, Pacheedaht Campground is just a short walk to a great view. Fairy Lake campground has some nice big trees and the Harris Creek campsite has a big spruce tree. Stop in at Trailhead Resort store in Port Renfrew and I can show you locations on a map.
