I had problems with HERZ at BJX. They charged my credit card $150.00 dollars claiming that one of the rental cars tires had been replaced with an older one. I opened up an investigation with my bank, Wells Fargo, and they sent me an invoice stating that I had accepted the charges. My signature had been falsified. I never signed any additional charge! Im stuck with the bil. Be cautious!
