Am still trying to get a refund for a pick up that never took place I was advised to mail but am not able to figure out jorges underwriting. the address is in Spanish which is hard to figure out . I was very disappointed and need my cash back ....was to be picked by lomas travel.

If you made the reservation & payment directly thru them, go to their "contact us" section and send them an email with the details of your refund request. They are very responsible ground transfer agents and will respond promptly.

If you purchased a tour operator package which included ground transfers using them as the local transfer agent, you must request the refund via that tour operator and NOT directly via Lomas!
