This evening, I tried to make a change to a flight booking made through the Expedia.ca web site.
The customer support of this company has not improved a bit in the past six months!
I booked a fully flexible and refundable business class ticket, on full anticipation that I might need to make changes.
I was astounded to be told that change requests could only be handled during normal business hours. I must call back between 9AM and 5:30PM.
So while there is someone to answer your call 24/7, they will only take care of you between 9AM to 5:30PM!
