Does anyone know the 2009 dates? Anyone attend this year and have comments? It's quite pricey but I heard from one person that it was worth it..any other opinions? Thx.

I'm sure Carol will be appalled to find that she is now in Ajijic, lol!

Not our kind of event, but we do contribute to Feed the Hungry (et.al.): worthy charities all.

Canchick

My wife, father and I attended and loved it. We went one day (I believe it lasts several days) and took in the Rick Bayless presentation. Well worth going to, if you're a foody. Patricia Quintana and Diana Kennedy also gave presentations. In addition, there was live music in a central sitting area, booths hosted by local, regional, and national restaurants, wineries, and distilers. All included in the price of admission (except the presentations) which cost +/- $75US. I had no idea the view from Vista Antigua was so nice!

No idea when the next one will be held...but I'd go again w/o hesitation.
