There are three sections to this resort, the Tulum side, Akumal side and the Coba side. It is an extremely large resort, but absolutely stunning and the food and service are amazing.

We are returning for our third visit on April 14 for 2 glorious weeks in the sun.

I'd fully recommend this resort too, maybe in particular the Tulum section. The hotel operates a transport service around the whole resort too so it can never be too big (to me anyway)

The trams pick you up and take you to whatever part of the resort you want. Some people complain it is too big, so I am assuming they are doing alot of walking, which in my opinion is a great thing to walk off all those lovely cocktails they mix and the food, oh my gosh, the food, is wonderful.

I just returned from there on Friday. I was concerned also how big it was but realize that each of the 3 resorts has all the facilities. Each has its own pools,bats and restaurants. We stayed in the tulum and we walked all over. I also walked the beach from the tulum to akumal. The trams come frequently and can take you to the other resorts lobby area . It really works out fine. Once I got the resort figured out it was really not difficult. We basically just stayed put in the tulum area and utilized their facilities and never saw the need to

go to the other resorts.
