“ Where to buy water shoes - Canada ”

Hi there,

I'm from Toronto and my family is going to GBP in April. I'd like to get water shoes for myself, my husband, and my son (age 3) but am not sure where to get them. I checked mountain equipment co-op and their shoes are $80 which I think is a bit pricey.

Can anybody tell me the best place to get the shoes and perhaps recommend a brand that is good?

You have two options really. We got ours at Walmart in Playa Del Carmen ($13.00 US each). I believe that you can get them from Canadian Tires but you have to ask for them since they keep them in the backstrore (I'm not sure how much they are).

I got some for Christmas and I believe she got them from the Dive Shop. Any kind of Scuba Dive place will have them.

Hi,

I bought a pair of men and women's from "bikini village" in Montreal for less then $10/pair. I also saw them at Candian Tire and Walmart for all ages.

Hey jennb, we are leaving for the GBP Tulum Saturday. We bought our water shoes at Walmart for $6.99 just last week. They had lots.
