Hi ns25, Villa 12 is a good location as well, but it is right beside, and I mean right beside the "quiet" pool, which really isn't so quiet and the Las Olas beach bar which, if you recall, is open 24 hours and, as well, there is a walkway right by the balconies and it is a high traffic area, especially if you are on the ground floor. Villa 14, 15, etc. is a little further away, hence less traffic.

Rooms ending in 23 - 26 are excellent rooms, especially on the third floor, we have stayed in those exact rooms in Villa 15 and 17 (our travelling party has as well) and we prefer those particular rooms. Middle room just means that it is the best view of the Caribbean.

I think it depends on what time of year you go. I got married there in April of last year. Stayed in villa 12, room 24 and I never heard any noise at night. It was an awesome location. Close to the pool, beach and snack bar with an awesome view of the ocean. We are going back in April 07 for our anniversary and requested the same room.
