All I can say is WOW!!!

It is pricey, but you get a private transfer, ALL meals, ALL drinks, massage, canal tour.

I must say it looks amazing...if it's w/in your budget, I'd go for it. The finish-out is beautiful - very well done.

Understand it is very remotely located - you can't easily zip into town.

No, I haven't been there - but looked at everything on their site. It's extremely well put together...especially for a property in Sian Kaan.

We stayed there over Februrary vacation. It was a great experience. The house is amazing in that it is totally open facing the beach and well layed out. In addition there was a staff of 6 to do everything for you including cooking, cleaning, and driving. They even did our daughters' hair in braids.

The meals were excellent and have a real local flair. You pick out the menu in advance to make sure they prepare what you like. Some nights we had an adult as well child menu.

It is remote, with the nearest town being about 6 kms away, but that was a good attribute in that it was so peaceful. I was afraid our 4 kids would get bored, but they loved every minute. There is sattellite TV and Internet access if you need to stay in touch with the world.

It is expensive ($11k/week) but not much more than 2 rooms at the Ritz Carlton Cancun when you factor in meals and transportation.

I went on a trip recently to Casa Nalaum (in Tulum MX) it was the best trip I have ever taken. My Family and friends had a wonderful time. The location is GORGEOUS. White sand and aqua blue water. The house itself is luxurious, and the food is out of this world. We had the best time. I HIGHLY reccomend it
