Tulum was very fortunate, they were not badly effected by Wilma. Damage along the beach road was minimal, most if not all of the hotels are open and the beach is actually better..Wilma's gift for the inconveinence was wider beaches. No info specifically on Piedra Escondida, but, there were no places that I know of that sustained significant damage, I am sure they are still there.
