I have family satying at the Bahia Principe resort in Tulum. Can any one advise me where to get information on there safety?

Go to Karismahotels.com, all the people from the Karisma chains where evacuated there. They have a phone number on the site. When you go to their sight click on the Hurrican Wilma section, it is on the right hand side, down the page.
