how can i get transportation to the rsort. does the resort offer a bus for cheap

When we booked the hotel it came with ground transportation included in the price. Once you get to the airport you find the right van and they transport you but you have to walk thru a ton of people who want to sell you timeshares or cab drivers who want to transport you for a fee. Sandos Playacar is about 40 minutes from the Cancun airport.

how much did it cost

We were at Sandos Caracol in August. They have a bus that leaves the resort every 2 hours.....can't remember if it was odd or even but for example if it left resort at even hours then the odd hours were the times it left Playa. I believe first bus left resort at 10:00 and then last bus left Playa at 5:00.

Taxi fare to Playa was $9 no matter how many you had. So a couple times we'd just split the fare with another couple. Easier than just waiting in line for the bus sometimes.
