Going there soon and trying to find out if there are any buildings/rooms in which you are able to see the ocean. And also, is there anywhere to connect with a lap top?

I believe the only building that you can see the ocean is building 10 in the Del Mar. However, I know they were badly damaged in the hurricane and I don't know if they are open yet.
