sorry i did not post yesterday but like miki said the internet was taken away, as a free perk for villa and platnium guests.... so i bought a 20 dollar internet card this am.....other than that this is a great place, our welcome was great, champagne toast, cool towel, and room was ready immediately upon arrival....villas our the way to go....we have don julio here , in fact they give you a choice of 4 top shelf tequilas when ordering a your drink.....all other top self liquors available as well.....service is very good, food ok...we had mexican last night, just ok....we had a liquid lunch yesterday, so i have not tried anything else....we did get room service this am ....very prompt, within 20 minutes they were knocking at the door.... they just filled our frig as we speak, good size bottles of rum ,tequila, and vodka...and 2 modelos....we could have moore but we do not drink much beer.... yes the beer is still in cans and warm , we had one yesterday....steve(my significant other) is from england so he did not find it too bad.....taps will be up and running by today we were told....somthing wrong with the tap lines they said , but they are fixed...we were told yesterday... got to run , going to the gym....it is a very nice gym by the way, very nice equiptment... i will talk with you later...Dee Report as inappropriate |

Hi Dee!! It sounds like you are having a great vacation so far!! It's funny that they told the guest that it was a problem with the tap lines but in the email response another poster received they said it was a distributor issue. I guess we will never truly know. Hola Dee!! Glad you made it safe and sound and that your initial experience has been a good one. Hope that continues. Nice to hear about the available tequilas too. If you get a chance can you check and see how high the dumbbells go to. Thought I read before they only range up to 25lbs. Thanks. DOn JULIO HAS KICKED MY BUTT.....hot sun and too many margaritas in the sun.....i am lying in im bed not able to participate in tonights beach party for platnium and villa guests on the beach....i sent steve down to the party.. no sense in him watching me feel bad....we met some people at the pool today...they are really nice, and fun...thats why i am hung over..so hopefully they will entertain him for awhile....ordering room service..for dinner....not real hungry, but probably need to eat and rehydrate myself......... having a great time even though i feel bad........., brugal i will check on the weights tomorrow and let you know....... have a good weekend...Dee Report as inappropriate | ||||||
