Any suggestions on a resort or area in MX or Caribbean for young, fun, single 29-31 coeds, who work hard and want to let loose a little in Feb? We have been to Turks & Caicos, Jamaica, Dominican, Cabo, Cancun, St. Thomas, Bahamas.... we need some advice and clear direction on where we can party all night, and not offend families or older couples with our crazy dancing and shenanigans! Help!!!

Playa del Carmen is fun, but not crazy like Cancun. If you stay close to downtown PDC, at an all inclusive (if that's your preference) or in downtown (Blue Parrot Hotel or Mosquito Blue, my favs) that will be your best bet. Downtown PDC has the late night bars.

Costa Rica is also pretty fun and exciting. Not sure if air prices are reasonable from your area.
