We stayed there last summer and I don't remember anyone in the dining room with a bathing suit and wrap but there were some wearing a regular cover up. At night time, men must wear pants even at the buffet. The first night there my husband had shorts on and he was asked to change. It was not a problem, he changed, we ate and once we were done, he put his shorts back on! If I was you, the first day you are there, see what everyone else is wearing and do the same.
