HOT and unbelieveably HUMID. Go on tours early in the AM and sit by beach with the breeze and water to cool you off in the afternoon. Not much temp difference at night. At least that is what I have been told.

veryVery Very !!! Hot !!!!! im not over doing it... I went in june last year. No rain its there dry season ... I would just suggest stickin around the hotel durring the day and at night its very humid and sticky .. Personaly I love going in June. Not alot of touists i find im treated better. But be prepared it is very hot!! high 90's .. have fun !!

Its all relative, right guys? I lived in South, MS for many years before recently relocating to Nashville. I was conditioned for 95 degrees with 95% humidity. If you live in the deep South then Playa will be a breeze. Speaking of..... don't forget about the cool breeze coming in off of the ocean. :)

OK so to sound really out there.......presume with humidity like that NOTHING ever dries? don't think I have ever experienced it...so not so much rain in June then? Somebody told me it was hurricane season, we are going June 26 - July 6

We are there from 15 June. Coming from the north of England, and not being used to these temperatures/humidity, this is going to be a shock to the system. I also thought this was the 'rainy' season.
