The first one that comes to mind is Aqua Adventures on Hidalgo. Donna is a wonderful help there. There are other dive shops on the island . . . but I am not certain how many rent equipment. Have fun! :)

theres a place tarzans right on north beach that used to rent gear don't know if they still do.its about half way down the beach you can't miss it.
