The closest grocery store is Sedena which is a few miles toward town and easy to get to via cab or rental car. They have all sorts of things for sale there including water shows, snorkel gear, pool floats, spices, baby needs, snacks, deli, etc. We always stop there to pick up souvenirs i.e. vanilla, coffee, candy, and some snacks. They have a decent alcohol selection but you won't find the likes of Kendall Jackson or Opus One there. The people who work there really don't speak much English so expect this.

Yes. Sedena is the store I was talking about. This is where I buy my beer! For alcohol, I go to an alcohol store more into town.

Time to get away from the zero degree weather

Getting closer. 13 sleeps. 0 degrees sounds like dream after the last few days. We have a low of -25 tonight. Again. That doesn't include wind chill. Lows all weeks in the double digits below zero. Brrrrr. Only thing keeping me going is thoughts of Cozumel.
