“ naked turtle beach ”

Does anyone know if this beach still exists. We were there 10 years ago and it was on the "other side of the island", prior to development there.

Would like to find it again. Any help with what it may be called today or with what mega hotel complex is now at that site?

It's sad what's happened to Cozumel. Just 5 years ago Chen Rio (about half way up the east side) was 2 palapas, a couple of naked French girls, and an old guy selling Superior out of the trunk of his car. Now it's got a dozen cement buildings, a souvenir shop, and a bunch of drunken cruzies bitching that they can't MGD at the bar. I just about cried.

There is still not any real mega-development there, but the road has been improved and it's always busy. Don't know what happened to naked turtle beach. Where on the east side was it?
