South tower, up high. Awesome views. Very nice rooms.

Does the South tower have rooms with 2 doubles or only kings?

We always stay in the south tower for the awesome views (Rm.1817)

Soccermom....We have always had a king bed with our room, but have noticed there are rooms with two...they look like queen size beds.....Keep in mind that they are going to be hard, no matter what size....

You can ask, but it's getting kinda busy down there so your room has probably been assigned..... Question....did you book an ocean view or a Deluxe ocean view ? If your booking just says ocean view, you are probably already booked in the south tower.....

The last time we went we asked if we could be high up in the South Tower. The desk guys said that would be fine if we were willing to wait. So we dropped our bags in their luggage room and enjoyed a nice lunch and drinks by the pool - it was well worth the wait. I would highly suggest wearing some shorts and a tee shirt under whatever you wear down there so you can get comfortable immediately if you find yourself in the same situation....

That's the way.....Yes just a plain ocean view is in the south tower and has to be above the third floor...anything from there up has awesome views.......In the case that you are not high enough, the music from the courtyard may hinder your sleep (hint) and because you are a light sleeper they will put you on a higher floor "if they can"........

SBG has the idea....Hey you're in paradise, no time schedules.....If you have to wait for the room....go out and take a look around.....get to know the bartender....He's probably going to be your best friend for awhile... :o)
