Cancun Forum: Bus - Cancun to Tulum Question

Are you talking about the public bus that you get in downtown Cancun or a tour bus? The public bus does NOT stop at the ruins, but rather at the bus station in Tulum Pueblo, some km away from the ruins. You can get a taxi in near the bus station in Tulum.

I think that I got off at the entrance area once. Just ask for Tulum Archeological Park. If they don't then get a taxi.

If they do stop at the right place, cross the road and walk about a block or two to find the shop area and ticket booth for the tram.

But either way, the bus will not take you right to the ruins. Good advice here!
