Cancun Forum: Moon Palace Golf Resort and Spa

Same as, there was 24 hr room service when I was there in August didn't have to wait long either.

We got married at Moon palace and have visited twice this year. we love the place but last week we were at Aventura Spa palace and if i were going on honeymoon this would be the place to go.

The biggest plus is it's over 18's only so no kids. Also the rooms are being upgraded to the same style as Cozumel palace they are fantastic.

Hello, I went on my honeymoon at MP in Novemeber and it was absolutelly amazing. yes the room service is included along with everything else. I cant say enough about this absolutely beautiful resort. There wasnt anything that I could have wanted more. The service is great and the food and people are wonderful. We loved the pool swim up bars. We did do a couple trips, we swam with the dolphins and also went to Isla Mujeres and went snorkling there. If you have any other questions, I would be more then happy to help you out.

Newfigirl, what did you mean by the rooms at Adventura being changed to be the same as at the Cozumel Palace? I have never been to Cozumel but have visited the Adventura.

The rooms at Cozumel Palace are so much nicer than at Moon IMHO. The jacuzzi is a much nicer size (not so deep). The bathrooms have nicer fittings and the bedroom furnishings are softer tones. Overall better quality.

We love Moon and will fly out again at the end of this month for 2 weeks but I have to say I'm looking forward to my week in Cozumel in October even more.
