I am your typical disgruntled Palace member and I can sum the character of the administration of that resort chain up in two words, THEY LIE!
They lie about openings, they lie about closings, they lie about the property they own, they lie about the condition of the resorts they have reopened, they lie about wedding plans, oh I could just go on.
Now in all fairness, they do put out a superior product in regards to an actual vacation experience when they are operating on all cylinders. The issue is their customer service at their administrative offices during a crisis or in an adverse circumstance. They are notorious for getting you down there and getting your money THEN apologizing for their resort only being at 25% operational capacity.
