For a special supper, that must have lobster as part of it, which do you prefer, and why?
Thanks!

Hey CCC,
I have been to both and I did not really like the lobster very much at Lorito Joe's. It was very small and kind of Chewy. They do a buffet with open bar which is a good value but the quality is not always the best.
I have not had the lobster myself at Laguna but I have eaten there quite a few times and it has always been great. I think I am addicted to theier Lobster Bisque! I took some friends there and they both had the lobster and raved about it. They have probably a dozen different ways they can prepare it for you.
I would not hesitate to recomend Laguna for a wonderful meal with lobster. And the setting cant be beat.
Hope you have a great time
I've not eaten at Laguna Grille, but have been to Lorito Joe's and while we've had good food each time we've been, I don't know that it would be one of my first choices for a special dinner.
Lorenzillo's makes a mean lobster too.
While Lorito Joe's does a mean all you can buffet, I thnk Laguna Grill is far better suited to a special occasion. I have had their lobster as part of the satay combo (beef, lobster and shrimp skewers) and it was incredibly tender and delicious. I have to say that the shrimp and lobster at Laguna are some of the best I've had, so many places over cook and you end up wtih tough seafood, Laguna has it nailed, delicious.
Thank you all for your comments. As of now, I am tending to go with the idea of Laguna Grill instead of LJ's. Appreciate all your responses!
Will we need dollars or pesos at the Luguna Grill ?...sounds like great place to eat.
Also, how far is it from the LeBlanc?
You can use either Dollars or Pesos at Laguna Grill they accept both. It is less than 10 minutes in a cab from Le Blanc.
