Anyone else care to share their thoughts on Le Blanc vs Ritz Club Level?

People on this site that have been to both,say LeBlanc is right on par with the Ritz.

Big plus for LeBlanc:

1 NO KIDS

2 All inclusive

3 Unlimited tours

4 Modern design,very chic

and too much more to mention.

LeBlanc is #1 for a reason,it's than darn good!

Of all the resorts in the Cancun area Le Blanc was the only one good enough for your president.

Le Blanc is good since the White house chose it, but not for its comforts but rather its strategic location for security concernes and the fact that the Ritz was still not open when our president visited. The Ritz is the way to go, although I hate the look of the building, the service is the best if that is what you would like.

Doubt that the President staying at LeBlanc has anything to do with whether it is better than the Ritz or not. Presidents have also stayed at the Hilton and it is certainly not on a par with these.

Then tell me this,why have people who have stayed at both tend to prefer LeBlanc better?The Ritz has been livin off it's name for years.Heres a comparison,mercedes has always had the name,but lexus is#1 in quality and service(jd powers survey) I say out with the old and stuffy and in with the new and chic :-)

The Ritz does not live off its name--it earns it the hard way by providing outstanding accomodations and service. Thats the reason almost all Ritz locations are true 5 star hotels.

Robert is right on it. The Ritz in Cancun has earned it's reputation through hard work. No one handed them the 5 stars their rated. The Service is the best in my opinion.

Though Bush stayed at Le Blanc, President Fox cut the ribbon when the Ritz reopened this past Oct. FYI.

Why not break up your days between the 2? I'd be waiting to read those posts.
