Cancun Forum: Has anyone stayed at the omni resort?

I haven't stayed there, but have been in the area for dinner. It's very nice and my friend loves the beach there. He said it's one of the nicest beaches in the area. (It's not all-inclusive.)

The Omni is an "optional" All Inclusive" from my understanding. ;-)

Yes I stayed there June 06 (we are 49 and 52).

We had booked the CM Marriott but at the last minute (thanks to postings here on TA) I realized CM was not going to be open due to Wilma.

So instead of SURPRISE when I got to Cancun we were rebooked to the OMNI before we left home. It was a nice place. Service, room and beach were nice. I might have picked a different hotel if given the option but I have nothing to say against the resort and in fact would recommend it.

Cozy room and cozy bed.

We have stayed there 7 times and have no compliants. Will be there in a few more hours.
