have you been to the resort or hotel before?

Andyroo26, I've been to this resort many times and love it. You won't find a better kids club or better AI food. Not sure how old your children are but there's a kids club and a teen club. The restaurants are all good too. The buffet serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have cook-to-order food stations along with buffet style foods. There's a dessert bar, ice cream bar, salad bar, pizza bar, and deli bar also. We like the Fisherman's and Waynes' Boots (steak house) the best. The main pool can get a little noisy during the day. I don't go to Cancun to sit at the pools, I like the beach best. There is an adults only pool on the front side of the hotel which is nice for relaxing and has a swim-up bar. They also offer spa packages if you're interested. You'll find the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They always have a smile on their faces. I know some people have had trouble with the staff at the reception. As many times as I've been there, I've never had a problem. Vacations are what you make of it. Go with an open mind and have a wonderful vacation!!

Is there a safe place to swim in the ocean around this hotel,

Absolutely....back side of hotel has a wonderful beach. There's also a beach bar and lots of beach chairs.

I was wondering about the kids club with the water park. I have read all the great reviews, it looks fairly big. How do they keep track of the kids? If we are hanging at the beach, how far would we be from the kids club & would we hear a page if they needed us. Sorry for all the ? we have never used a kids club before.

sounds like i may need to hit the gym with all this great food. At least it will keep the kids happy with as much ice cream as they coud eat.

My 7 year od woud love the kids club but dont think my 2 year old woud stay without the 7 year old.

here it will be over run with kids so sure they'll make plenty of friends there.

We did here something about timeshares at this hotel and if you consider/accept?? you get a free up grade to the new building? do you know anything about this?

although we havent been to this resort or even Mexico before we have used many kids clubs as we tend to intentionally pick hotels with this. Our kids love meeting up and making new friends in these. The activities really differ from place to place and the usualy have everything for all ages. Not sure how old your kids are but sure they'll love it. Some kids clubs we previously used have provided pagers and will let you know if and when you need to collect your chidren, others will just give you a time to call back or will ring you on the contact number left is there is any problems.

We cant wait to go here as there seems so much for the kids but at the same time enough to keep us adults happy too.

We fancied swimming with the dolphins, and are awaiting more info for this. How about you?
