Wow, that's great that you named that school because I was actually looking into it. From the info I've been able to find, there's no on-campus living? I emailed the lady asking about the student living, which is 4-10 people per 2 bedroom unit, and she said it was 10-20 minutes from campus? That doesn't make sense though.. How much would it cost to travel by bus to the attractions that are a few hours away?
Not many of the schools in Mexico City have campus housing from what I'm recalling. 10-20 minutes away isn't far at all, IMO. Bus transportation to the campus from the housing will likely cost you about the peso equivalent of $0.50 in each direction.
Travel from Mexico City to other cities in Central Mexico is easy, convenient and pleasant. And it's not expensive. Travel to Acapulco, for example - 5 hours away, costs about the peso equivalent of US$30. The same goes for travel to Guanajuato - maybe US$35. To Veracruz on the Gulf Coast about $35.
Another school recognized as an excellent place to study business/finance/law in Mexico City is Universidad Panamericana [http://www.up.mx/sede.php?fdoc=43&fcategoria=1].
