Hi JennyKat...I don't know about their website, but I also was looking to enroll my family in their classes, unfortunately, I had a hard time getting any responses (weeks in replying)..I ended up calling them and I had a hard time understanding the admin manager (and I'm a fluent spanish speaker) I had to keep on calling to get any answers about lodging and I asked for photos of their off-campus apts (they were very "affordable") and they couldn't provide them. I was very disappointed by the impression I got because I had heard good things about the instruction. So I've decided to enroll at another school. At Escuela Mexicana, I got an email response within a couple of days and everything has been dealt with efficiently through emailing, no calls necessary, and I've heard equally good things about this school too. Just wanted to share a little personal experience, sounds like you were having trouble just as I have.

I heard a while back that Academia Falcon's owner was trying to sell the school. I don't know what the status is.

I highly recommend Escuela Mexicana. It is more centrally-located in town (less than five minutes from the main plaza...Falcon is about 15 minutes or so away from downtown) and I have found the staff to be very professional.

Feel free to ask questions about Guanajuato. I've lived here for the past five years.

Thank you so much for your responses. Just fyi, I received another email today from Academia Falcon, and it is the exact same email I've received two other times. So, they're not sending out a personal email, which doesn't look good. I've heard so many good things about Academia, so maybe they're just going through some growing pains and in time it will be back to normal. I am so glad I haven't registered yet! I'll look at Escuela's website and get it done! Thanks, guys.
