I just want to give big shout-out to Brad's Car Rental. I am usually hesitant to go with a local company, but after the reviews on this website I decided to give them a try.

They greeted us with gusto and gave us an overview of how to get to our hotel and several things to do.

Then they offered to let us use their phone to call back to the states. And they checked on our friend's flight who was coming in just after us.

We were already happy with our choice before we even left the airport.

Then our friend had an issue with his return flight. We went back to Brad's and used their phone. They were great about supporting their customer's far beyond what was expected. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
