Check ou the link below.. it's lots of fun for the younger crowd, or just young at heart.
The booze Cruise is a great time! Even if you dont plan on drinking heavily! You head out on a party boat, the captian gives you a bit of history of the area and points out certain places of interest as you gather additional passengers along the route. You stop for a bit and snorkel (if you like) or sit in the boat and watch all the action. The water is clear enough to see a number of fish from the boat. The food they serve is decent (and filling!) You stop at a small island where you can swim, collect shells, rent a jet ski or banana boat then you reboard and head back to shore. Everything is included for the price I beleive is like $50 to $60 per person.
the Booze N Cruise is so so so worth it. I had fun. It is 50. per person...unlimited alcohol, a lunch, snorkeling (if you choose)..they stop at an island where you can swim...the rest is dancing....big age variety. A Lot of Fun!!
Hi
I just got back from Nassau today. Definitely take the booze cruise, its a lot of fun. I believe it was $50. It leaves from Cable Beach, you cant really miss it as they blast the music as the boat arrives at the beach.
There are free drinks and food is provided. The food is surprisingly quite good. You get a nice tour around the island, (the captain points out the homes of Tiger Woods and Oprah Winfrey). The private beach they take you to is so, so but you get 3 or 4 hours of a nice cruise, food, drink and you can do some snorkeling (we didnt because it was a little chilly - they provide the gear).
Basically, do it!

There are usually "agents" trolling the beaches each day. If you are at Cable Beach, look for "Ashley" - he'll be wearing a white uniform with a captains hat. Other beaches, you'll find a couple of locals selling tours. Otherwise, just give them a call and they'll tell you where to meet.
