Only guest of Atlantis and their sister properties can use the pools, slides, beaches and lazy river. There are no day passes available. People who want to use the facilities for the day usually book a room at the Atlantis or Comfort Suite just to get the priveleges. Each room allows up to 4 people access to all of Atlantis.

NON-guests are allowed to visit the Casino, shop in the upscales stores, enjoy the lobbies,and view a small portion of the aquarium from the Great Cafe restaurant. To view the DIGS (aquariums and viewing tubes), you need to purchase a pass for $29pp).. this only entitles you to view the aquarium, not the grounds, as there are security guards posted throughtou the hotel grounds to check for ID bracelets.

You can walk along the beach from the public access next to the RIU, but you cannot use their chairs. The beach at the shoreline is public, but life guards can get testy at times. There is plenty of PUBLIC beach near atlantis to enjoy.
