I would venture a guess that over 50% of the restaurants overlook the water. Downtown there is Angry Nates, RumRunners, Brew Pub ... leaving Christiansted and heading East there is Deep End, Duggans, Blue Water Terrace, Cultured Pelican, The Buckaneer and many many more...heading west from Christiansted there is The Palms ... so many restaurants so little time! I'm sure others will give you some great ideas also.

On the west end Coconuts, Rhythms at Rainbow Beach and Sandcastles come to mind.

Thanks. We will be staying at the Carambola so guess we will be in the evenings on the western side of the island most of the time. ?

On the road heading east from Carambola along the north shore: eat@Cane Bay, Off The Wall, Spratnet, The Waves, Above The Cliff. This may help you with the north shore: http://www.northshorestcroix.com/

You have to do eat@Cane Bay. Probably more than once. And it's basically the closest one to Carambola not counting Spratnet across the street. Check their website for the entertainment schedule. Waves is good for a little more expensive dinner.

We just ate at The Waves a week ago. Duck Breast was super and the waves are crashing at your feet just 10 feet below.
