Also, I have heard that The Sands has MAP for meals and OC/OCW have meal plans. How do they compare? I sure wish these resorts offered AI plans!

Stayed @ Ocean Club and we really enjoyed our stay. I can't compare the resorts since I haven't been to the Sands. I would highly recommend the Ocean Club Resorts though.

Both are fairly equal, you can't go wrong with either.

Only all inclusives are Beaches and Club Med, both are pretty expensive for what you are getting, and the food is just okay.

The Sands has waitresses on the beach, so you don't have to get up from your lounge chair, drinks cost like they do in bars, $7-$10 range.

T&C has great restaurants, so it's not beneficial to have many all inclusives. The upscale islands, like T&C, Anguilla, St. Barts, tend to be known for decent food in the Caribbean, so AI are hard to find in these islands.
