I'm sorry I started something. I was just looking for tips/review of the Somerset on Grace Bay. Perhaps someone who has been there can give me some advice as to what to do and what to bring?

tingum...do you have any information for lburns2971 regarding the somerset or are you just wanting to throw people under the bus?

if potcake is affiliated with the somerset in any way at all then i for one am even more impressed with her fairness and lack of pushing that property on this board...she always considers the needs of the people wanting information and not just always reccomends the somerset...

since you are so involved with the somerset project what advice can you offer this other poster?

is "wow" an inaccurate statement?

if potcake wanted to sell someone something from the somerset i'd have expected more than a "wow" from her...

i dare suggest that you maybe are visiting this forum to stir up crap and not to help fellow travelers.

iburns2971 we did not stay at somerset, but it looked magnificant when we were there. Very uper class, beautiful but not the comfort level I like for a vaction. To fancy for me.

Oh My.. Someone really does have their feathers ruffled don’t they! Again.. If you read all that I have to say about The North West Point Resort you will see that I speak about as highly of it as anyone could, but I am now reconsidering that I must say!

Iburns2971: A few of the forums on TA can be a bit of a nightmare to navigate. They are full of people with nothing but abuse to throw at people. I am very pleased to say that this forum has not been one of them. It is full of wonderful people that just want to assist others in enjoying a vacation of a lifetime. However… your thread has been ambushed by someone with an axe to grind.

To Tingum.. The ironic part of this all, well one ironic part of this is that I didn’t even mention the Somerset, I merely commented on How beautiful someone’s wedding was. And bang you loose your mind?

I ask anyone to show me where I have pushed any resort, restaurant or business over the exclusion of any other?? Show me where I have constantly talked about one place? Show me where I have been the smallest bit biased about anything?

You cannot.

Trip Advisor knows exactly who we are and we are in constant communication with them. As I said they have a rule about people posting under multiple sign in names using the same IP Address. Yes they ask us to report certain things, but I generally do not. People are smart enough to make their own decisions.

I am sorry Tingum if I have offended you so much that you are seeking out anything you can to throw at me, but you need to go back to the drawing board, you are barking up the wrong Potcake.

Not tap dancing Tingum, and I can obviously see where you are coming from by my sign in name but I am just telling you that you are not correct. There are not enough people around that care about the welfare of Potcakes, but luckily there is more then one.

I am not involved in the running, marketing or endorsing of any resort. Guess again.

yes there are people here that own businesses or have a vested interest and post mainly just about them, most people can see through that and make their own decisions.

As I said I am sorry that I have put your back up, it wasn't intentional, maybe you could put your talents to better use rather then attempting to stalk Potcake lovers.

It sure sounds like you have a little chip on your shoulder when it comes to The Somerset Resort, which is interesting. I have to agree with most people when they say it is simply beautiful. However, if you did your homework you would see that it is probably one of the resorts that I talk about the least. I think that it is safe to say that the majority of visitors here and certainly through this forum are more interested in resorts like The Sands, Ocean Clubs, The RWI etc.

I just try and spend any spare time that I have trying to give visitors any information that I might have, Take it or leave it. I am certainly not going to continue to defend myself to you.

So....How do you think the Palms is doing now?
