Does anyone know what the air and water temperatures will be like in mid-April? I'm leaning towards staying at The Sands with my kids but I've heard that the pool there is FREEZING! Also, what is the snorkeling like in front of The Sands?

Hi

You will have to walk down by the Coral Gardens for snorkeling off the beach. Its about a quarter mile walk. Bring the sun screen, water, and towels

We go every April and the water temps are just fine
