You can pretty much bring just about any food into the Turks and Caicos. We always bring plastic jars of condiments, canned tuna, cereal, pickles, snack foods (especially triscuits as they are very expensive). I've even brought chesses and margarine in a carry-on (depenbding of course on howlong your flight might be). Some people even bring meat and vegetables in coolers they check on airplans. There is a customs declaration about what type of food products you are bringing in but the custom agents never hassle you about it. I also bring english muffins bagels, etc. Good luck.
