Beach at Marriott Resort

I have read that the beach at the Marriott Resort is a bit rocky. Are there any parts where a young child (7) can just bob around in bare feet.? He doesn't necessarily want to go out too deep just swim around and do a bit of snorkelling

it is rather small and not so sandy with lots of ironshore in the water.

the ironshore makes for good snorkling...for swimming not so good, but possible. they do have a nice pool.

The beach is defintely not as wide at the Marriot, but that is not to say there aren't sandy spots. The Ritz costs a fortune, the Westin is in the middle. The Ritz and the Westin are close to each other and on a wonderful section of beach.

The beach at the Marriott Beach Resort would be just perfect for a young child to be wading around in the water. The beach there is bigger this year than it's been in years, so no worries there. I'm really not aware of any ironshore right along the water's edge at the Marriott that would make for any difficulty in entering the water. There is some further down to the south, but not there.
