I'll be curious to hear from someone that stayed at the Ritz also! I think it may be a little while before any reports come back seeing as it's so new and the island side hasn't opened yet. We ate lunch there and walked around the pool in January right after the celebration weekend(official grand opening) and it wasn't crowded at all. But that could just be the time of year. It'll also be hard to judge on who exactly stays there until both sides are open(my opinion).

Will families spend the extra money to stay at the Ritz when they can get a luxury condo on the same stretch of beach? Just think it's too soon to tell. We did hear talk that the Ritz has taken some of the convention business(if that's what it's called) from the Marriott and the Westin. This came from a worker so it's just hearsay :)
