Exploring St. Lucia from Stonefield Estates

My husband and I are staying at Stonefield Estates in March and would like to explore and experience as much of the island as possible while still having a bit of relaxation. We will be renting a car from the airport and driving up to the North end one day to see Pigeon Island, Rodney Bay area and stopping at Marigot Bay on the way back. We also want to do a bit of exploring around the South end of the Island, New Jerusalem Springs and some of the beaches on the Atlantic Coast one day so we will be need a car for that. We also want to scuba dive one morning. We are wondering what is within walking distance of Stonefield so we won't have to rent a car the entire week. Can we walk to the Tet Paul nature trail? Sulphur Springs? Boucan or Ladera for dinner? Diamond Falls? The Gros Piton? We are both very active and healthy, but also don't want want to have to walk 45 minutes or more up and down hills in the heat to get somewhere (especially for dinner).

Counting down the days. Thank you in advance for your help

unfortunately, there really is not anything within walking distance of Stonefield. Ladera/Hotel Chocolat are both easily 30 minutes, somewhat uphill by foot, Soufriere town proper is about 25 minutes by foot - downhill on the way there, but pretty much all uphill on the way back. Tet Paul is even further than Ladera, Sulpher Springs, etc - all not really walking distance at all. Unfortunately, if you want to visit all these places, either taxi or rental car is the best option. You can combine several of them into a one day trip - none of them are really all day experiences. For instance - Tet Paul is only an hour long - with time for pictures, etc. Add in the plantation tour/cocoa making and that's another hour or so. Jerusalem Falls - afternoon. Sulpher Springs/mud baths - 1.5 hours tops. Diamond Falls/botanical gardens- 1-1.5. So you easily could combine sulpher springs volcano/mud baths, diamond falls/garden in the morning with Tet Paul/Plantation/lunch at Fond Doux in the afternoon, etc. etc.

Laborie (Rudy John Beach Park) is a great beach to visit, as is Sandy Beach in Viex Fort.

Enjoy your trip!

I suggest also visiting Moule a Chique lighthouse for some amazing views from ~750ft above sea level - you can see most of the south end of the island including the Pitons from there.
