My wife and I are envious, kmpgirl. Our first trip to the Caribbean together was in 2002 at Anse Chastenet. We realize now that we started out with the best! We hope to be going back in February 2008 for our 15th anniversary.

We stayed in Building 7, which is farther up the hill but has incredible views of both the Caribbean AND the Pitons, as well as the missing fourth wall. Let's hope they upgrade you! In my opinion, the view of the Pitons is amazing. You can see water on any island, but there's something about gazing at those mountains. I think you'll like the standard room very much, no matter what your view is.

AC is a great place -- enjoy your trip, and please have a Piton (the local beer) for me!

Just got back - Stayed at beachside 2 nights at at Jade Mountain Suite JC1 2 nights - The resort is beautiful and romantic in every way - The views from Jade are indescribable- A couple we met this weekend got upgraded from ROH beach to Jade - They got engaged at the top of the Pitons the next day! How romantic! You will love this place - Just be prepared to be secluded - No phones, newspaper, radio, tv etc.
