Hello, From Hewanorra (UVF) to Jalousie is an hour-hour/fifteen by taxi...it should cost about 85 -100 US. We went all over the place with a guy name Patrick...he was reliable and safe. (What was also nice, is that when his van/taxi broke in the middle of the week, his step son Trevor was able to fill in for 2-3 days, and he was perhaps a better driver than his father!) Call Jalousie...they will be able to make arrangements before you arrive. Try to stick with the same taxi driver...get his cell phone number and use him...his rates will drop if he knows he is going to get repeat business from you.
