I have a few questions regarding AC and the Total Romance package:

The package is supposed to include: All tax and service, Airport transfers both ways, Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, All drinks including house wine (but not bottled wines and champagne), Welcome cocktail Tour of Volcano, Sulphur Springs and Diamond Mineral Baths, Guided tour of old French Colonial Plantation of Anse Mamin, Drinks package in room fridge, basket of local fruit, Snorkeling, kayaking, mini-sailing, windsurfing, A guided boat snorkel trip, A resort scuba diving course for beginners, Bottle of French champagne, One hour Swedish Massage, 1/2 day Jungle Biking in Anse Mamin Valley, and a Half day sailing on skippered resort yacht Serenity.

1. It states that Airport transfers both ways are included. Who is this through and do we need to contact anyone to set up times? If we choose to do the helicopter from the airport to the hotel, who do we contact and can we bring our luggage on the helpicopter?

2. All of the excursions: Tour of Volcano, Sulphur Springs and Diamond Mineral Baths; guided tour of old French Colonial Plantation of Anse Mamin; snorkeling, kayaking, mini-sailing, windsurfing; guided boat snorkel trip; 1/2 day Jungle Biking in Anse Mamin Valley; and a half day sailing on skippered resort yacht Serenity. - We have heard other resort guests state that if four people do not sign up, then these excursions are not available. Since all are included in the package, does the resort make sure that guests get to do all of these items? Is the cost of the package offset or anything provided to offset if something isn't available?

3. Resort scuba diving course for beginners - How long does the scuba diving course take? Does the package also include a dive for beginners? Will this package include the diving course and one supervised dive for both my husband and myself?

4. One hour Swedish Massage - Does this include a one hour massage for both my husband and myself?

5. Also, the package includes drinks from the in-room fridge. I have been advised by prior guests that this is not true and that you will be charged if you use the drinks. Is this true? If they are included, why would you be charged?

Any information that you could provide would be extremely helpful. I have emailed AC to ask for this information and have heard no response. If I can get even a few answers, then that's less I'll have to question later. Thank you!
