My husband and I are looking at coming for a week and spending 4 nights on St Maarten at the Towers at Mullet Bay. We spent a week on the island a couple of years ago at the Pelican and I LOVE the dutch side of the island and Mullet Bay was one of the most beautiful beaches (we are Carribean people) I have seen so we want to stay close to there this time.
I think we are going to go to Saba for three nights and the pics of Queen's Garden just keep making me fall in love with it. Is it really as great as it looks?
When coming into Saba do you go through customs and security and stuff. We were thinking about buying some food and drink on the island and taking with us to Saba along with just enough clothes for the three days (we will be staying in timeshare on island and checking in flying in to St Martin so will put our luggage there). Can we do that? I imagine ferry vs flying quite possibly will make a difference on that answer, but my hubby is prone to sea sickness.
Thanks for any info and advice.
