Maravilla Martineau Guest House

I'm going to Vieques in mid-March for 3 nights and am having some trouble finding a room at any of the recommended hotels on tripadvisor! I did, however, look on vrbo.com, and found a posting for the Martineau Guest House. Has anyone stayed here/heard of this place?

Here's a link:

The only other place with vacancy (and in my price range) during my stay is the Great Escape, which will cost about 125/night. This is a little bit more than I'd like to pay (about 90-100/night), but it did get really great reviews.

Don't know if it's available, but Casa de la rusa, a 3-br private home on the north side of the island, is a wonderful getaway. We spend a week there just last week, and you'll need a rental car to get around to some of the great eating places, beaches, and bio bay. http://vieques.ruserrealty.net/index.html

This is a great place to stay...you'll love it. We stayed with Joyce for two nights and had all the comforts of home. It's just a short walk to gringo beach and there is a car rental place right around the corner. Book a car in advance because supply is limited. Also there's an awesome restaurant in Isabel Segunda called the M Bar. Hope you have a great trip!

Thank you so much for your advice! I'm really excited about going now (in about a week). I'll provide an update after my trip. Thanks again to everyone.
